Case Management

Case Management serves as the primary resource within the Gender-Based Misconduct Office to support students who file a complaint or respond to an accusation of a Policy violation. The Office provides Case Managers to Complainants and Respondents to ensure that students understand their rights within the Gender-Based Misconduct Policy and the investigation and adjudication process. Case Managers share this information during the intake session and, as needed, in subsequent meetings and communications. Case Managers can also help to facilitate academic and housing support for students, as well as make referrals to attorney advisors and other campus and other community services.
